Chocolate Oat Cookies


  1. Grind the oats to powder in a blender.
  2. Beat the butter and icing sugar until light and creamy.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix to a soft dough.
  4. Roll into a log. Wrap in baking parchment and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Cut into 1cm discs and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
